Head Instructor
Ryan Kubic is a former WHL goaltender who spent four seasons with the Vancouver Giants, Saskatoon Blades, and Regina Pats, earning multiple league awards and setting a Giants franchise record for consecutive shutouts. He has also represented Team Canada U17 and attended the Vancouver Canucks Development Camp.
With over 15 years of playing experience and nearly a decade of coaching at the AA, AAA, and Junior levels, Ryan has worked alongside some of the top goaltending coaches and trainers in the game. His coaching style focuses on building strong fundamentals: positioning, skating, tracking, rebound control, and hockey sense, while helping goalies develop confidence, resilience, and a love for the position.
Instructor
Background: Wyatt has played 6 seasons of junior hockey for various teams including: North Winnipeg Satellites, St. Vital Victorias, and Transcona Railers Express. He has contributed to over 50 wins at the junior level with 1 all-star appearance. Wyatt has been a role model on each of his teams showing leadership and character. He brings over 15 years of experience in the net to RK goaltending that he has contributed to his coaching style.
Coaching Style: Wyatt is a coach that is passionate about a students technical game. He believes that a solid goaltending style is built around positioning, tracking, movement, mental toughness and compete. He wishes to give every goalie the chance to take their game to the next level.
